AERO E
Ester Air Compressor Lubricant (Series 158)
Ester air compressor lubricant for air and gas compressors with high discharge temperatures. The ester base stock resists degradation and oxidation at elevated discharge temperatures, controls carbon and varnish, and replaces PAG/ester, PAO, ester, and mineral lubricants — without flushing in the screw grades. Meets DIN 51506 VDL.

AERO EOil-injected air compression
support@nextlubricants.comProduct Overview
AERO E is an ester air compressor lubricant for piston, screw, rotary vane, and centrifugal compressors running at high discharge temperatures. The ester base stock resists degradation and oxidation across the fluid-life ladder to 110 °C (230 °F) discharge, and carbon and varnish control keeps internals clean — the selection for compressors with a history of deposit-related issues. AERO E meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements across VG 32 to VG 150.
Compatibility splits by grade. AERO E-32 and E-46 replace PAG/ester, PAO, ester, and mineral rotary screw compressor lubricants — flushing is not required in most changeovers, and NEXT confirms compatibility per case. AERO E-100 and E-150 are compatible with most mineral, ester, and PAO piston compressor lubricants and with ester-based rotary vane lubricants. Fluid life reaches 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F), with wear protection and corrosion resistance across all grades.

Key Features
Thermal & Oxidative Stability
The ester base stock resists degradation across the fluid-life ladder to 110 °C (230 °F) discharge.
Carbon & Varnish Control
Keeps internals clean — the selection for compressors with a history of deposit issues.
No-Flush Changeover (VG 32 & 46)
The screw grades replace PAG/ester, PAO, ester, and mineral lubricants; NEXT confirms per changeover. The 100 and 150 grades cover piston and vane changeovers.
Fluid Life up to 14,000 Hours
At discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F).
DIN 51506 VDL
Meets the compressor lubricant standard across VG 32–150.
