AERO COOL
Synthetic Air Compressor Lubricant & Coolant (Series 203)
PAG/ester synthetic lubricant and coolant for rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors exposed to water contamination, elevated discharge temperatures, and extended drain intervals. The clean-running chemistry controls sludge, carbon, and varnish, with fluid life up to 14,000 hours in oil-injected screw service and up to 24,000 hours in centrifugal service.

AERO COOLAir compression
support@nextlubricants.comProduct Overview
AERO COOL is a PAG/ester synthetic lubricant and coolant for rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors. The formulation functions as lubricant and coolant in one, carrying compression heat away from the element — the duty the product is named for — and its clean-running chemistry controls sludge, carbon, and varnish formation over the service interval. Water separation, rust protection, and resistance to chemical contamination carry the duty in water-exposed compressed air systems.
Fluid life follows the compressor type, because the lubricant’s exposure differs. In oil-injected screw compressors, the lubricant is injected into the airstream and carries the oxidative load of hot compressed air — fluid life reaches 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F) and steps down with temperature. In centrifugal compressors, the lubricant serves bearings and gears outside the air stream, extending fluid life to 24,000 hours. Available in VG 32 and VG 46, covering the common screw compressor viscosity requirements.

Key Features
Fluid Life by Compressor Type
Up to 14,000 hours in oil-injected screw service (<90 °C / 194 °F); up to 24,000 hours in centrifugal service, where the lubricant runs outside the air stream.
Carbon, Sludge & Varnish Control
The PAG/ester chemistry keeps compressor internals clean over extended service.
Lubricant & Coolant in One
The dual-function formulation lubricates the element and carries away compression heat.
Water Separation & Rust Protection
Separates water and protects components in water-exposed compressed air systems.
Wear Protection
Protects rotors and bearings across the service interval.
