Product Overview

AERO XL is a fully synthetic extended-life lubricant for oil-injected air compressors, formulated for machines prone to heavy carbon and varnish deposits: the cleaning chemistry removes existing deposits and keeps internals clean through the service interval. AERO XL replaces most OEM and aftermarket mineral, synthetic blend, and ester-based formulations without flushing; NEXT confirms compatibility per changeover.

The synthetic base stock holds lubrication from ambient startup through full operating temperature across VG 32 to VG 150 [swap in “viscosity index up to X” when the table lands]. Wear protection, water separation, foam and air release control, and corrosion and rust inhibition reduce unplanned downtime, and the 16,000-hour fluid life at discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F) extends drain intervals and lowers maintenance cost over the compressor’s service life.
