AERO DE
Diester Air Compressor Lubricant (Series 154)
Diester air compressor lubricant for air and gas compressors with high discharge temperatures. The diester base stocks carry thermal stability at elevated discharge temperatures and actively remove existing sludge and varnish deposits, with fluid life up to 14,000 hours below 90 °C (194 °F). Meets DIN 51506 VDL.

AERO DEAir compression
support@nextlubricants.comProduct Overview
AERO DE is a diester air compressor lubricant for piston, screw, rotary vane, and centrifugal compressors running at high discharge temperatures — the duty that sets the thermal stability requirement. The diester base stocks carry inherent solvency: they remove existing sludge and varnish deposits and restore cleanliness in compressors changing over from deposit-prone service, then keep internals clean through the interval. AERO DE meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements across VG 32 to VG 150.
Fluid life reaches 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F), stepping with temperature per the TDS ladder. Wear protection, water separation, and corrosion, rust, and foam resistance carry the duty across all four compressor types.
