Product Overview
NEXT 717-68-SYN is a full-PAO synthetic ammonia compressor lubricant for ultra-low temperature ammonia systems below the service range of mineral lubricants. The PAO base stock delivers lower carryover rates than mineral and PAO/AB formulations — in systems where lubricant migration to the refrigeration circuit reduces evaporator efficiency and raises maintenance frequency. Approved by GEA and meeting DIN 51503 (KAA) requirements, it serves ammonia systems down to −57 °C (−71 °F).
The wax-free PAO base stock holds low-temperature fluidity and supports lubricant return and evaporator heat transfer in cold-storage and blast-freezing applications. Available in ISO 46 and ISO 68.
