Product Overview
NEXT 717-100-SYN is a full-PAO synthetic ammonia compressor lubricant for high-pressure ammonia heat pumps. Its high oxidative stability handles elevated discharge temperatures and continuous loads, while the PAO base stock reduces lubricant carryover compared to mineral and PAO/AB blends. Wax-free chemistry ensures low-temperature fluidity to −57 °C (−71 °F). This full-synthetic option is superior to NEXT 717-100 (mineral) and NEXT 717-100-XLT (semi-synthetic), and meets DIN 51503 (KAA) requirements.
Low carryover improves lubricant return and evaporator heat transfer. The PAO base stock prevents deposit buildup, and its seal compatibility and long life support extended maintenance intervals in continuous operation. Available in ISO 100 and ISO 150 for higher-viscosity applications.
