Product Overview
NEXT GPL PAO-FG is a food grade polyalphaolefin (PAO) gas compressor lubricant formulated for reciprocating, rotary screw, and centrifugal compressors in applications where incidental food contact is possible. CO₂ compression is a primary application, alongside inert gas and light hydrocarbon gas service. A robust additive package protects against corrosion and oxidation across the full viscosity range, ensuring reliable component protection and extended lubricant life even in chemically demanding environments.
The PAO base delivers an exceptionally high viscosity index and very low pour points — reaching -63°C at VG 32 — supporting consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Extremely low volatility and very low carryover rates limit lubricant consumption and downstream contamination, making NEXT GPL PAO-FG a practical choice for food processing facilities where hygiene control extends beyond direct food contact areas.
