NEXT GPL PAO-FG
Food Grade PAO Gas Compressor Lubricant (Series 206)
NSF H1 registered food-grade polyalphaolefin (PAO) compressor lubricant for CO₂, biogas, inert, and light hydrocarbon gas applications where incidental food contact is possible. A corrosion and oxidation inhibitor package, low volatility, and low-temperature fluidity perform in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities.
Product Overview
NEXT GPL PAO-FG is an NSF H1 registered food-grade polyalphaolefin (PAO) gas compressor lubricant for reciprocating, rotary screw, and centrifugal compressors in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities. Its primary duty is CO₂ (R-744) compression, alongside biogas upgrading, inert gas, and light hydrocarbon service. The corrosion and oxidation inhibitor package protects components across the full viscosity range, sustaining lubricant life in chemically aggressive gas streams.
The PAO base stock delivers a high viscosity index and low pour points — reaching −63 °C (−81 °F) at VG 32 — maintaining lubrication from cold suction through full operating temperature. Low volatility and low carryover limit lubricant consumption and downstream contamination, which is important in facilities where hygiene control extends beyond direct food contact areas.
