Product Overview
NEXT GPL PAO is a synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) gas compressor lubricant engineered for light hydrocarbon, inert, biogas, and non-reactive process gas applications. With controlled water content below 50 PPM and inherently clean PAO base oils, it performs particularly well in systems prone to carbon and varnish formation — delivering clean, deposit-free operation across extended service intervals. Compared to PAG-based formulations, it offers better water separation in high water content gas streams, and the formulation provides active sour gas corrosion protection for H₂S-containing environments.
A high viscosity index across the grade range from VG 15 to VG 220 ensures consistent lubrication from cold start through full operating temperature, with pour points reaching -63°C at the lightest grades. Extremely low volatility and very low carryover rates reduce lubricant consumption and downstream system contamination, while the long fluid life minimizes the frequency and cost of oil changes.
