Product Overview
NEXT PAO is a synthetic polyalphaolefin lubricant engineered for industrial refrigeration systems, heat pumps, and process gas compressors. Its neutral, nonreactive base oil formulation ensures reliable performance in both inert gas environments and reactive gas applications — covering hydrocarbon refrigerants such as propane, ethane, and isobutane, HFC gases, CO₂ (R-744), and a range of inert gases. Reactive gas compatibility should be confirmed with a NEXT Lubricants technical representative prior to use.
A high viscosity index across the full grade range from VG 15 to VG 320 supports consistent lubrication over a wide operating window, with pour points reaching -68°C at the lightest grade. Very low oil carryover rates, superior low-temperature fluidity and oil return characteristics, and excellent seal compatibility make NEXT PAO well-suited to demanding refrigeration and compression systems where lubricant management directly affects system efficiency.
