Product Overview
AERO E is a high-performance ester-based air compressor lubricant designed for air and gas compressors with high discharge temperatures where outstanding thermal stability and internal cleanliness are essential. Its ester base resists degradation and oxidation under sustained high-temperature conditions, while active carbon and varnish control keeps compressor internals clean — making it particularly effective for compressors with a history of deposit-related issues. AERO E meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements and is available from VG 32 to VG 150.
AERO E-32 and AERO E-46 offer excellent compatibility with PAG/ester, PAO, ester, and mineral oil rotary screw compressor lubricants — in most cases flushing is not required when transitioning. AERO E-100 and AERO E-150 are compatible with most mineral oil, ester, and PAO piston compressor oils, as well as ester-based rotary vane lubricants. Fluid life reaches up to 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90°C, with strong wear protection and corrosion resistance across all grades.
