Product Overview
AERO 4000 is a mineral-based air compressor lubricant for portable and stationary piston and screw compressors in standard industrial service. The formulation controls carbon and varnish, separates water — the routine contamination path in compressed air systems — and protects components against wear, foaming, rust, and corrosion.
Fluid life reaches 6,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90 °C (194 °F), and six grades from VG 22 to VG 150 cover the common compressor types and viscosity requirements. AERO 4000 is the mineral entry point of the AERO range; the ladder steps up through the AERO GOLD synthetic blend at 10,000 hours to the fully synthetic AERO XL at 16,000.
