Product Overview
NEXT GPL PAO-FG is a food grade polyalphaolefin (PAO) gas compressor lubricant formulated for reciprocating, rotary screw, and centrifugal compressors where incidental food contact is possible. Registered as NSF H1, it serves CO₂ (R-744) compression as the primary duty, alongside biogas upgrading, inert gas, and light hydrocarbon service in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical facilities. A robust additive package protects against corrosion and oxidation across the full viscosity range, sustaining component protection and lubricant life in chemically demanding environments.
The PAO base delivers a high viscosity index and very low pour points — reaching −63 °C (−81 °F) at VG 32 — supporting consistent performance across a wide temperature range. Extremely low volatility and very low carryover rates limit lubricant consumption and downstream contamination, making NEXT GPL PAO-FG a practical choice for facilities where hygiene control extends beyond direct food contact areas.
