Product Overview
AERO GOLD is a synthetic blend air compressor lubricant combining highly refined mineral oil with synthetic ester base stocks to deliver a meaningful step up in performance over conventional mineral products. Compressors running AERO GOLD are significantly less susceptible to carbon and varnish formation and generally operate at lower temperatures — reducing thermal stress on components and extending intervals between maintenance interventions. The formulation meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements and covers piston, rotary screw, rotary vane, and centrifugal air compressors.
Fluid life extends to 10,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90°C. Good water separation, excellent anti-foam and air release properties, and strong corrosion and rust protection round out a performance profile designed for compressors operating in demanding industrial environments where reliability and cleanliness matter.
