Product Overview
AERO COOL is a PAG/ester synthetic lubricant and coolant specifically formulated for long-term use in rotary screw and centrifugal air compressors. Its advanced formulation delivers extremely long fluid life — up to 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90°C — while maintaining very clean operation through superior carbon and varnish control. Compared to conventional mineral and PAO-based air compressor lubricants, AERO COOL provides better protection against water contamination, rust, sludge, and carbon buildup across its full service interval.
Available in VG 32 and VG 46, AERO COOL covers the most common screw compressor viscosity requirements. The high-density PAG/ester formulation (0.98 g/cm³) contributes to cooler compressor operation, reducing thermal load on components and supporting longer service life alongside the already-extended fluid life intervals.
