Product Overview

NEXT GPL PAG-EO is a polyethylene glycol (PEG) compressor lubricant formulated for heavy hydrocarbon gas compression and heat pump applications where viscosity dilution is a primary operational challenge. Unlike PAG or PAO-based lubricants, it demonstrates negligible miscibility with hydrocarbon gases — with maximum solubility below 3 wt% — effectively eliminating viscosity loss under dilution conditions. This makes it the right choice for high-pressure applications and systems using heavy working fluids such as pentane, isopentane, butane, and isobutane.

A high viscosity index across the VG 22 to VG 150 range supports reliable operation across a broad temperature window. Excellent thermal and oxidative stability combined with superior carbon and varnish control ensures clean, long-interval operation. Strong corrosion protection — including H2S environments — completes a performance profile designed for demanding hydrocarbon compression service.
