Diester Blend Gas Compressor Lubricant (Series 270)
Product Overview
NEXT GPL DE is a synthetic diester blend gas compressor lubricant formulated for rotary screw and reciprocating compressors in hydrocarbon gas compression, biogas, and co-generation (methane recovery) applications. The diester base oils provide inherent cleaning capabilities that actively dissolve and prevent carbon and varnish deposits throughout the full service life — making it particularly effective in high-temperature applications and systems prone to deposit formation.
Available from VG 32 to VG 150, the formulation delivers excellent low-temperature fluidity with pour points reaching -41°C at the lightest grade. Extremely low volatility and very low carryover rates reduce lubricant consumption and downstream contamination, while the food grade formulation supports use in environments where incidental food contact compliance is required.
