Product Overview

AERO DE is a diester-based air compressor lubricant engineered for air and gas compressors operating at high discharge temperatures — conditions where conventional mineral and synthetic blend lubricants may degrade prematurely. The diester base oils provide excellent thermal stability and actively remove existing sludge and varnish deposits, restoring cleanliness in compressors transitioning from conventional lubricants. AERO DE meets DIN 51506 VDL requirements across the full grade range from VG 32 to VG 150.

Fluid life extends to 14,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90°C, supported by excellent wear protection and a meaningful contribution to lower operating temperatures — reducing thermal stress on compressor components. Strong corrosion, rust, and foam resistance ensure reliable performance across piston, screw, rotary vane, and centrifugal compressor types.
