NEXTHERM FG

NEXTHERM FG is a food grade heat transfer fluid formulated for industrial thermal oil systems in food and beverage processing environments where food-grade compliance in process heating circuits is required. High-quality base oils and a carefully selected additive package deliver excellent protection against oxidation and thermal degradation, alongside strong film strength and wear protection for system components including pumps and rotary seals. Its clean-running formulation resists sludge formation, helping to maintain consistent heat transfer efficiency across extended service intervals.

With a maximum bulk operating temperature of 327°C and maximum film temperature of 354°C, NEXTHERM FG covers the full range of industrial process heating requirements common in food production — from baking and frying to confectionery and beverage processing. It operates in both open and closed loop configurations with or without inert gas blanketing, giving engineers flexibility in system design without changing the fluid specification.
