Product Overview
NexthermClean+ is a fast-acting thermal oil system cleaner formulated for in-service use in mineral oil-based thermal systems. Added directly to the existing thermal oil at a treat rate of 5–10% of system volume, it works while the system runs at normal operating temperature — quickly and safely dissolving carbon, varnish, and sludge deposits that accumulate on heat exchanger surfaces and throughout the thermal circuit. By removing these deposits, thermal transfer efficiency is substantially restored, reducing energy consumption and improving overall system performance without the cost and downtime of a full drain-and-clean maintenance event.
To use, add NexthermClean+ to the existing thermal oil, bring the system to normal working temperature (minimum 100°C), and run for the recommended period before draining and replacing the thermal fluid. NexthermClean+ is compatible with all mineral oil-based thermal fluids. It is not compatible with synthetic thermal oils — confirm base fluid type before use.
