Product Overview
NEXT GPL PAO is a synthetic polyalphaolefin (PAO) gas compressor lubricant engineered for the widest range of process and hydrocarbon gas duties in the NEXT portfolio: light to medium hydrocarbon, sour gas, biogas and biomethane, CO₂ and carbon capture, nitrogen and inert gases, and cryogenic and LNG infrastructure. Water content below 50 ppm and clean PAO base stocks keep carbon- and varnish-prone systems deposit-free across extended intervals, and the formulation provides corrosion protection in H₂S-containing environments. Rapid water separation keeps the lubricant serviceable in wet gas streams.
Pour points reach −63 °C (−81 °F) at the lightest grades, carrying lubrication from cryogenic duty through full operating temperature across the VG 15 to VG 220 range. Extremely low volatility limits carryover and downstream contamination, and long fluid life reduces the frequency and cost of lubricant changes.
