Product Overview
NEXT 717-68 is an ultra-pure 2-stage hydrocracked mineral ammonia refrigeration lubricant engineered for consistent performance in reciprocating and rotary screw compressors across a wide range of industrial ammonia refrigeration applications. Approved by GEA, Mayekawa (Mycom), Howden, and Bitzer, and meeting DIN 51503-KA requirements, it is qualified for use across most major ammonia refrigeration platforms down to -45°C. Its exceptionally low fluid loss rate reduces lubricant consumption, promotes better oil return in the refrigeration circuit, and improves thermal transfer efficiency in evaporator sections.
The pure hydrocracked base delivers excellent low-temperature fluidity alongside strong wear and corrosion protection from the advanced additive system. NEXT 717-68 is available in two variants: the base product and the NEXT 717-68-SC with seal conditioner additives for systems with elastomer compatibility requirements
