NEXTHERM HF

NEXTHERM HF is a synthetic high-flash point heat transfer fluid for industrial thermal systems where operating temperatures approach the limits of conventional mineral-based fluids. Its 275°C flash point — significantly higher than standard thermal oils — provides an additional safety margin in both open and closed loop systems, including those running without inert gas blanketing. The inhibited synthetic formulation prevents oxidative degradation even in the presence of air contamination, extending fluid life regardless of system configuration.

A non-toxic and non-hazardous formulation, NEXTHERM HF can be disposed through standard oil recycling channels — simplifying end-of-life fluid management without specialist waste handling. With a maximum bulk operating temperature of 340°C and maximum film temperature of 360°C, very low volatility and vapour pressure across the operating range, and a clean-running chemistry that resists deposit formation on heat exchanger surfaces, NEXTHERM HF combines operational safety with strong thermal performance.
