Product Overview

NEXTHERM 332 is a high-quality heat transfer fluid formulated for open and closed loop thermal systems requiring stable performance up to 332°C. Its combination of high-quality base fluids and an advanced additive package delivers excellent resistance to oxidation and thermal degradation — extending fluid service life and reducing the frequency and cost of fluid replacement. The inhibited formulation is designed to prolong fluid life in the event of air contamination, making it equally suitable for open systems and closed systems with inert gas blanketing.

With improved thermal capacity and conductivity compared to standard mineral-based heat transfer oils, NEXTHERM 332 enhances heat transfer efficiency within the system — contributing to more consistent process temperatures and reduced energy consumption. A higher flash point than most competitive products provides an improved safety margin in industrial installations. The non-toxic, non-hazardous formulation can be disposed through standard oil recycling services, simplifying fluid management at end of service life.
