Product Overview
AERO XL is a fully synthetic extended-life air compressor lubricant delivering the longest fluid life in the AERO range — up to 16,000 hours at discharge temperatures below 90°C. It is specifically suited to compressors prone to heavy carbon and varnish deposits, actively removing existing deposits while keeping internals clean throughout the service interval. AERO XL is compatible with a wide range of air compressor lubricants including most OEM and aftermarket mineral, synthetic blend, and ester-based formulations — eliminating the need for flushing in most changeover situations.
The synthetic base delivers a high viscosity index across VG 32 to VG 150, supporting reliable lubrication from ambient startup through full operating temperature. Strong wear protection, good water separation, excellent foam and air release properties, and reliable corrosion and rust resistance reduce unplanned downtime, while the extended drain interval significantly lowers total maintenance cost over the compressor’s service life.
