NEXT GPL DE is a synthetic diester blend gas compressor lubricant designed for rotary screw and reciprocating compressors in hydrocarbon gas compression and co-generation (methane recovery) applications. The diester base stocks possess inherent solvency, dissolving deposit precursors and preventing carbon and varnish accumulation throughout the lubricant’s service life. This property makes the chemistry ideal for high-temperature service and systems prone to deposit formation.
Available from VG 32 to VG 150, the formulation maintains low-temperature fluidity, with pour points reaching −41 °C (−42 °F) at the lightest grade. Its low volatility limits lubricant carryover, consumption, and downstream contamination.
